What is the recovery mode?
The Android recovery mode is a lightweight, independent runtime environment that is located on a partition of the Android device that is separate from Android’s main operating system.
Allows you to erase data or reset factory defaults, restart the system, update software, etc. without having to enter your phone.
You can enter recovery mode without a password, lock pattern, or PIN code.
You can use this option if you want to unlock the phone, update the phone software from the SD card, reboot the phone to increase speed, etc.
Use thekeys to switch to overlay mode.

The Posh Micro X S240 recovery mode options are listed below. You will also see fewer options for some Android operating systems.
Reboot the system now: This option allows you to restart your Android phone. The restart process closes all programs running on your mobile phone. No data will be deleted after a restart.
Restart the loading program: If you want the firmware on your device to blink, you have to put the phone in startup mode.
Apply the AfDB update: This option is used by developers to change, restore firmware, etc. via ADB (Android Debug Bridge).
Apply update from SD card If you want to update your phone’s software using the SD card, use this option. You should already download the software to the SD card.
Removing the factory reset : This option allows you to delete all data (photos, applications, music files, etc.) from your phone. You will not recover your data after using this option. You can use this option if you have forgotten your password.
Remove the cache section : This option removes all cached data from Android applications. Personal data (media files, applications, contacts, etc.) will not be deleted.
Assembly / System : This option allows you to link a partition (system or data). It allows you to change everything in this section. The installation/system option is normally visible in Customs recovery mode and not in Stock Recovery mode.
Examine the salvage tribes: The restoration protocols can be viewed here.
Run the graphical test: You can perform a graphical test here.
Turn them off: This option allows you to turn off the device.
